After completing a backyard renovation project this summer we really needed to have our concrete decks and Timber Tech decks thoroughly cleaned. The project consisted of over 2900 sq ft of concrete deck and over 500 sq ft of patio deck. Having tried cleaning these before on my own, using the backyard hose and then a pressure washer purchased from Home Depot, I knew it needed something more professional.
I contacted Nick at Penguin and he was extremely helpful and was able to quickly give me an estimate for the work needed. He was very flexible with a start date and was even able to make a last minute scheduling change happen. The technician that arrived was well informed and prepared to do the job. He performed the cleaning on a small test area to make sure the results were what I wanted before tackling the entire project. Everything went smoothly and the concrete and decks look amazing.
I really appreciate the professionalism of Penguin and its staff. I plan to make this an annual event just before the summer begins and will immediately contact Nick to schedule. I would highly recommend Penguin .
